Club Rides

Club rides are broken down into 2 types:
  • Training
  • No Drop
Training rides are sometimes long and intense.  Riders are expected to understand the intent of the workout and be prepared to keep up. 

No drop rides are designed as recovery or group rides.  The intent is to stay together and the ride leader will stop periodically and at the top of climbs to regroup.

Please know your limits and choose your group ride accordingly.

Salt Palace Criterium 2012

We don't have enough details to post just yet but this event is tentatively the state crit champoinship to be held June 23rd 2012.  Please stay tuned.
